all in all to me it sounds like greed , some way to squeeze more money out of us gamers, they can say all they want about piracy , its triing to find new ways to generate more money !! if sony does not drop this idea , this gamer will stick with my ps3 or even switch to the new wii u thats coming out , plus i hate the x-box !!

This is a terrible idea. Game Stop, EB Games and Game are all examples of places that would sustain huge losses due to this. Sony may gain a very small benefit from doing this however in the long run it would be a dramatic loss for them because a lot of stores rely on the ability to give discounts for returned games. I also think it wouldn’t be too far to go to say that the company could lose game developers because of this as well. If I believed this article then like the above article said ”
If Sony unilaterally did this, I could see GameStop refusing to carry their console, and sales of the PS4 would therefore suffer”.
