I vote yes for the 15 a month. I feel games that don't charge fail because of it. If they are as good as I imagine then I'm excited to pay (but no more than 15 a month or (t -_-) ).

Yes, I want to play ES: Online really badly! But this is a major turn down.
Sell the game for $60-70, and no fee? Fine! But asking the same amount (quite sure) and then a fee extra is just squizing money juice from us. I'm not taking that, I'll not buy the game anymore.
