no REBOOT UNLEES ITS GOOD ITS EVOLVED FROM JUST BEING 1 STYLE IS SHOULD CONTINUE THE SERIES LIKE ADD EXTRA EXTRA SOLO CAMPAGINS LIKE RE 4 RE5 BUT ADD MORE HORROR ELEMNETS THESE SHOULD BE THE MAIN FOCUS BUT SHOULD BE IN THE NEXT GAME IN SOME FORM. I think the series is waaaaaaaay broken,just like the MK series back in
the PS2 days.Not only they should reboot it,but they should change the writters for it,and hire some american writters,or british,because most if not all of the japanese screenplays are full of awfull cliches and a lame B-movie overall fell(just take most of capcom’s games or metal gear for example).
I’m sick of all the slow motion action cutscenes,Leon always being a badass that never fucks up anything,femme-fatale women and all that dated bullshit.
We want realistic character construction,like Dead Space,Uncharted,GTA and others…
The last GREAT Resident Evil game I have played was the REmake,that was just awesome,
I kind agree with The Heavy Rain writter and I think every game should be thought has a movie.I think REmake did that at the perfect level,good screenplay,great scary mood,a lot of puzzles and an awesome photography and art direction.
Reboot now.

I doubt it will be an actual “reboot” but rather something in the direction of Resident Evil Remake.Afterall why change something that ain´t broken.
