I ACTUALLY think there’s lots of crazy room if the 16core processor in the XBNext pans out. If there is an AMD x86 Core, PPC Trinity and the Radeon on the second chip… then, TECHNICALLY, this machine MIGHT play all XB360 and even XB1 games, only needing some library emulation for the XB1 graphics cards being a bit different from NVidia. Not a big XB fan, but, we’ll see what they do in about 8 weeks.

I’d like to agree, but knowing computer hardware like I do, there’s limitations. They would have needed to goto Nvidia and IBM and worked out ‘issues’ i don’t think can be worked out between those houses to create a single on chip PPC w GeForce 460 variant to try to equal the power they have now in this chipset. AMD got it done alot cheaper and all of my AMD hardware has kept running forever, even my notebooks with AMD have run flawlessly for 8 years, my Quad Core AMD, my old Dual Core, etc… AMD chips are fantastic and reliable, and this design is everything AMD has wanted to do since they went on this ‘Fusion’ APU trend they started. Again, see my post above: I think they should let us put our PS3 discs in and let us at least have a free pass play it on PS4 on Gakai.

I think there should be a special PSN pass that if you put in a PS3 game you can play it on the PS4 on Gakai.

I dont understand why people are so butthurt about backwards compatibility. just play it on its native system and ul be fine.

Imagine all the panic and second thaughts about buying a PS4 regarding games. On one hand you have the old console (PS3) with good games a good graphics, on the other hand you have a new gen console with not so many games to play. My only thaught goes to this: will any game from 3 go on 4? For instance Watch Dogs; ubisoft announced that the game will be avalible on both 3 & 4. What should i do? buy it on 3 or buy the PS4 and the game? I know that 4 will have abetter graphic, but still i cannot immagine an AC 3 on PS4 and wanting to play it again just for the praphics.
