Naughty Dog affirmed there is a possibility that The Last of Us could import on the PlayStation 4. Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer said that the PS4 version could only be happening after Sony ships the title for the PS3. As for now, The Last of Us will  remains a PlayStation 3-exclusive.

“Not at this time. We’re focused on shipping for PS3 – thinking about how to bring this over to the PS4 would distract us right now. IF that’s something we can and choose to do, I suspect it would happen once we release the game.”
